We have a wide range of products and variation so we don’t hold a high number of stock items. We often need to hand weave to order and this means your order may take 10-14 days to prepare. South Africa – Nationwide Delivery
  • Fixed fee of R150 inc VAT
  • Door to door via our partner courier service (average courier time is 3–5 days from dispatch)
  • All parcels are dispatched with a tracking number which will be emailed to you
  • Orders will be delivered Monday–Saturday (excluding public holidays)
International Delivery
  • International deliveries will be arranged on an individual basis
  • We have a network of international stockists who assist us in getting the products to you

Cancellations

As per The Consumer Protection Act you have a right to cancel an order prior to dispatch. We charge a 10% administration fee for cancellations i.e. you will receive a refund for 90% of the order value.

We reserve the right to cancel an order even if payment has already been received. This may occur due to the unavailability of stock or raw materials or due to a quality issue. If we exercise this right then you will receive a 100% refund with no deductions.

Returns & Refunds
Returns Validity

Products may only be returned to us within 28 days of delivery, in other words we are not obligated to refund any order returned more than 28 days after delivery.

Returns Via Courier / Post

You are responsible for the cost associated with the return of the products by courier or post and any associated insurance. We cannot process refunds for products until they have been received by us. Please ensure you complete and enclose the reverse side of the delivery note with the details of the products you are returning. A daytime telephone number and email address is required in case we need to contact you regarding the return.

If you no longer have your delivery note, please include a letter with your name, address, email address and daytime telephone number. Please let us know what you are returning and why.

Refund Process

Once received, your return will be checked by our team. We will contact you by email to confirm the outcome of our checks and your refund status. Please note that it may take three to four days for your refund payment to appear in your account.

If you do not receive our email confirmation within 10 days of sending your return, please contact us on +27 28 572 1012 (Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm) or retail@barrydaleweavers.co.za so that we can investigate.
